Many seemingly unrelated conditions may be related to the buildup of toxic waste in the body(-even chest pain can be from buildup of intestinal gas). Not having normal bowel movements is the main cause for that. In any treatment I would recommend doing this program if there is an issue with bowel routine (having time to read encyclopedias) or painful bathroom trips.
